Cretum Properties Limited is a real estate investment and property development company incorporated in Kenya. The business was founded in February 2010 and works across identifying land, due diligence, planning and subdivision, infrastructure development and the creation of planned communities.
The company markets residential and investment plots and selected houses, and serves both Kenyan buyers and members of the diaspora.
